We Beat Diabetes

Oh, no -- not again!

My wife, Maria, was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes in 1996. Over the course of a year, through use of diet, exercise, a little medicine, some herbs, and a lot of supplements, we got her blood sugar to normalize. All other symptoms disappeared. We thought we were done with it. We thought it was cured. We thought it had gone away. We were wrong. Seven years later, it came back. The following comes from the record we made of her current recovery, taken from our e-book "How We Beat Diabetes" (available FREE just around the corner at Our website.)

(After six months, we discontinued the detailed journal, but continued daily blood sugar testing. This is a graph of the weekly averages of these blood sugar tests.)
